New Business Development Manager at The Masters is someone who

  • Acquires new clients ranging from small start-ups to well-established companies based all over the world.
  • Researches new markets and target audiences.
  • Introduces their own sales methodology and tools needed to succeed.
  • Keeps improving the pre-existing sales strategy.
  • Knows how to hit her quota.
  • Works closely with the CEO (ex sales person) and marketing.
  • Generates offers for clients teaming up with techies.
  • Believes that you can never stop learning to stay ahead of the game.
  • Loves new technology. :)

We are looking for someone who

  • Has 2+ years of experience working in international sales
  • Has 1+ years of experience working in IT ever-changing IT industry.
  • Understands the process of building software.
  • Has a proven track record of successfully closed deals (ideally over 1 million PLN throughout your career).
  • Has an excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Understands the difference between inbound and outbound.
  • Has leadership skills and would build and run a sales team in the future.
  • Has a possibility and willingness to travel occasionally (tech conferences / meetings with clients).
  • Has experience with CRM and email marketing campaigns.

It would be nice if you

  • Have an experience with working in a software house.
  • Have experience with leading a team.
  • Speak any other european language.
  • Know how to write a good copy.
  • Have a strong network of decision-makers within the IT industry.
