1# Why it’s good to work remotely?

Remote work is a good solution in many cases – if your area is a lack of specialists or experienced developers, or maybe they are too expensive for you to hire, it’s time to look for them somewhere in the world. You can also have a situation when you can hire a good employee who just can’t move to your place because of wife, kid in school etc. It’s also a good way to work with software house – for sure you can find a cheaper, and more experienced company for example in Poland, than in your country.

2# Time zones

It’s also not a problem, in some cases it’s even an advantage. The company in other time zones can finish the project faster because they are working when you are sleeping, and in the morning you can check their work and choose next milestone. When you’ll wake up next day, everything will be ready.

3# Hipchat, Slack, Skype

The World is a global village right now – thanks to modern technology there is a lot of ways to communicate.

And it’s great that you can connect them with many other productivity tools like Gmail or your calendar.

There is also a lot of project management tools like Jira, Asana or slightly different – Trello. Most of them are free in small scale projects. Thank’s to them you can easily manage tasks of your remote team, set the next milestones and measure the efficiency of your software house.

The Master of an idea. Young and hungry programmer, who always wanted to optimize things, even when no one expect it from him ;-) It was difficult to do it under someone else wings, so he decided to go on his own. Tough challenge, but what can he do? He doesn’t have a choice.
